Shipping Policy

We deliver to all GCC countries.

• Kuwait orders: Delivered within 24 hours.  
  - GCC orders: Delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
• Free shipping on orders above 100KD
• The Customer is responsible of customs, clearance charges and VAT tax in their country.

Please ensure that your full address and contact information are entered correctly to avoid any delays. If the address is incorrect, we will contact you via WhatsApp. If we do not receive a response with the correct details, the order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
